During the first lockdown in 2020, the London Congestion Charge (LCC) was slashed to £0 for all vehicles, however it has since been reinstated. More news surfaced earlier this year when it was announced that in October 2021, only electric vehicles will benefit from paying no charges. Sorry hybrid vehicles, you will no longer be exempt!
